The photo frame I received was lovely but was not suitable for what I wanted and felt a different frame from Brissi would be more suitable. As noted on the website I sent an email saying that I would like to exchange the frame for another one on their website. That was 10 days ago and I have still not received a reply. I have bought items from them in the past and their products have been lovely though I have never previously needed to return or exchange anything.
